Bishop Padmore spoke on a wide range of issues confronting the development of the church, and ended by calling for all hands on deck in moving the church agenda forward.

For his part, the out-going Bishop of the Lutheran Church in Liberia, Rev. Dr. D. Jensen Seyenkulo, praised the church leadership for the support during his administration. He said major developments would not have taken place without teamwork at the church.

Rev. Seyenkulo used the ceremony to call on the leadership of the church to provide similar support for the new administration.
