The youth of Zorzor, Lofa County, over the weekend received L$100,000 from the Senator of Lofa County, Steven H. Zargo, as a means of empowering the newly inducted youth leadership of Zorzor District.
Senator Zargo said the donation is intended to support the newly elected youth president, Thomas Gaylor, in his endeavors, affirming the commitment of his office to working with the elected leadership in the county.
According to him, if the quality of life is to be improved in Zorzor District and Lofa County at large, the youth needs to participate in development initiatives.
Meanwhile, the newly elected Youth President of Zorzor District, Thomas Gayflor, has extended thanks to Senator Zargo for his generous assistance to his leadership.
