Archbishop Tarr has obtained many degrees from local and international schools. To name few: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Christian counseling  from the Vision  International Christian University of the United States of America,  master’s degree in Christian counseling from the Evangle Christian  Seminary, and a doctoral degree in Christian counseling and human resource development from Life Leadership University of the U.S.
