Rep. Aspirant Siaker Vows To Correct Past Mistakes If…

Montserrado County’s district #1 Representative-Aspirant, Alunno MacAnthony Siaker, at a well-attended meeting told the electorate that, if elected, he will collaborate with them to correct the past mistakes they all made by electing the wrong persons.

   The mass meeting, held in Crozierville Township, Bentol, assembled the residents from every nook of the district who pledged their support to elect aspirant Siaker come October 10, 2023 general and presidential elections.

   Aspirant Siaker, who campaigned for incumbent Representative Lawrence Morris in 2017 election, is said to be on record for several development drives in the district, and has vowed to correct the mistakes they all made in the past.

   “We have come back to correct the mistakes that all of us made. If l followed somebody, and you followed that person, it is all of our mistake. We are regretting,” he said. “We have October 10 to correct the mistakes of the past.”

   In the district, the clinic lacks medical drugs, qualified health workers, pipe-borne water and electricity despite it hosting the source of electricity hub, according to the citizens.

   They claimed to the Hot Pepper that they made a mistake by voting Lawrence Morris, observing that he has turned his back on them, and is boasting that it is his money that got him into power.

   Aspirant Siaker then admitted bringing several candidates in the district, whom the electorate elected but they later abandoned them.

    “You are the judge if things are not going well in our district for the past five to six years. Somebody sitting here may say this is the same Alunno who brought so many representative-candidates to us and we voted them but they turned their backs on us,” Aspirant Siaker said.

   He promised to provide scholarships, electricity and strive to limit ritualistic killings through his organization, “People Organized Against Ritualistic Killing”, which has spread nationwide, leading to the incarceration of several ritualists at the Monrovia Central Prison.

   During the meeting, Aspirant Siaker thanked the citizens of the district for supporting him to complete his registration process. He presented the registration certificate to the electorate through the Chairman of “Friends of Siaker”.
