Africa Union Trading Company Embarks On Major Clean-Up Campaign
Africa Union Trading Company Incorporated, an international-based company operating in Liberia, has ended its first phase of clean-p campaign initiative in Monrovia and its surrounding.
The clean-up campaign initiative brought together youth from various communities in Monrovia and its environment to clean the city.
The exercise was headed by Pastor Obunikem Justin Ndebuee and Dr. Patrick High from the company’s branch in Liberia.
According to the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Eric Oppong Twum, the just-ended clean-up initiative was meant to support the government in maintaining the city’s cleanliness before the inauguration of Ambassador Joseph Boakai and Jeremiah Koung on January 22, 2024.
The clean-up campaign initiative was carried out in various streets in Monrovia and its surrounding.
The chief executive officer of the company further noted that the company is gearing up to help with the sanitation and road connectivity in Liberia for the in-coming government.
According to Twum, Africa Union Trading Company is set for the establishment of factories and processing of unfinished goods and the creation of jobs, among others, in the country.
