30 ArcelorMittal employees have completed the first-ever 3D Shopfloor Enhancement Program—a groundbreaking week-long training designed to transform shopfloor leadership and strengthen operational excellence.
Speaking at the celebration of the employees’ achievement, the Head of Human Resource and Development, Rebecca Kwabo-Buegar, said, “It’s a happy moment when you see something you thought through actually come to life. Congratulations to all participants, you did extremely well!”
The program is already proving to be a catalyst for operational excellence, empowering leaders to solve problems proactively, building stronger teams, and upholding AML’s core values of safety and integrity.
The pilot cohort was launched in Buchanan with participants from Rail and Port operations. Future phases are set for October and December 2025, with rollouts in both Buchanan and Yekepa.
According to AML, they believe leadership is not just about giving instructions, but inspiring performance, building trust and leading with purpose.
