The Alliance Motor Corporation, one of Liberia’s dependable dealers in brand new vehicles, has received a two-man delegation from TATA Motor, one of the world’s leading multinational automotive companies headquartered in Mumbai. The team is in Monrovia for two-day business discussion.
The two-man delegation from TATA Motors are Vijay Singh Rathore, Deputy General Manager, and Vivek Saraswat of TATA Africa based in the Ivory Coast. The delegation is in the country to pave the way for a dealership agreement between Alliance Motor Corporation and TATA Motors.
The visiting TATA Motors officials were opportune, along with their Liberia counterpart, the Alliance Motor headed by its Managing Director, George E. Haddad, to pay a courtesy call on the Minister of Transport, Sirleaf Tyler.
The visit of TATA Motor’s officials in Liberia for the purpose of establishing a dealership agreement with Alliance Motor Corporation signifies that the Boakai/Koung led government is on the right trajectory for serious business, which has given confidence to international investors to come to Liberia.
