The National Chairman of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC), Mulbah Morlu, has declared a one-week of mourning in solidarity of the late Charloe Musu.
Musu was stabbed to death during the alleged armed robbery attack on the home of former Chief Justice, Cllr. Gloria Musu Scott, recently in the City of Brewerville.
Addressing a press conference Thursday at the CDC headquarters in Congo Town, Morlu also mandated all members of the party within the fifteen counties to observe the moment throughout the country.
He said that during the period of mourning there will be consistent CDC advocacy for justice for the victim, especially women groupings. According to him, the party will not sit supinely and allow murderers to walk away with impunity.
Mulbah Morlu disclosed that in the coming days the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) will remain Constitutionally engaged with the government until justice is served.
