Educator Bestman Wants Gov’t Provide Subsidy To Private Schools

The Principal of the Noah’s Ark School, Joseph Doe Bestman, is appealing to the administration of President Joseph N. Boakai to provide learning institutions in the country with subsidy.

   The Principal of the Noah’s Ark School added that it is important for the government to apprehend the need of providing subsidy for learning institutions in the country. According to him, most of the learning institutions in the country helping to impart quality education into the young people are challenged due to the lack of subsidy from the government.

   Educator Joseph Bestman made the appeal over the weekend at the program marking the 22nd graduation and closing program of the Noah’s Ark School, held at the Liberty Christian Center in Johnsonville.

   The Principal of Noah’s Ark School stated that over the years his institution has been providing sound and quality education to the young people of Liberia. Educator Bestman disclosed that after ten (10) months of academic study, as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and implemented by Noah’s Ark School, over 327 students successfully passed and were qualified for graduation.

   According to him, the students did very well during the period under review, the 2023—2024 academic year. The Noah’s Ark School principal re-emphasized that his institution remains committed to providing quality and sound education to the young people of Liberia. Educator Bestman reminded the graduates that education is the bedrock to the growth and development of any nation.

   The Principal of the Noah’s Ark School maintained that education is paramount to any society, and cautioned the graduates that, as they leave the walls of Noah’s Ark, they should serve as factors of positive change in society and strive for higher education.

   He called on the graduates to remain focused and carry the good name of Noah’s Ark School. The principal of Noah’s Ark called on them to reject every negative thing that may come their way. He also called on the parents of the graduates to continue to support their children’s education.

   Educator Bestman lauded the teaching staff for the hard work over the year by providing quality education to the young people of Liberia. According to him, over the years the teaching staff at Noah’s Ark has been exhibiting a high level of commitment to the institution.

   For his part, the Pastor of the Royal Life Ministries, Rev. Maxwell B. Jallah, lauded the Principal for the Noah’s Ark School, Joseph Doe Bestman. According to him, over the years the Principal of Noah’s Ark has impacted thousands of lives through his educational program.

   He encouraged the Noah Ark principal to continue to provide quality and sound education for the youths of Liberia. Rev. Jallah cautioned the graduates that, as they leave the Noah’s Ark School, they should press forward for higher education.

   Noah’s Ark School was founded in 1993. Since the school’s establishment it has been providing sound and quality education to the young people of Liberia. The institution has graduated thousands of young people, who today are contributing to the development agenda of the country.
