National Road Fund Inducted Into International Road Federation

The National Road Fund of Liberia, in the midst of all the adversaries of sliced funding, has made it to the international level, with the institution being inducted as a member of the International Road Federation.

The International Road Federation is a global not-for-profit organization, headquartered in Washington, D.C. since 1948 and supported by regional offices throughout the world to serve a network of IRF members in more than 70 countries. It assists countries in progressing towards better, safer and smarter road systems.

The International Road Federation develops and delivers world-class knowledge resources, advocacy services, and continued education programs, which together offer a global marketplace for best practices and industry solutions. It serves a wide range of member organizations from both the public and private sectors of the road and transport industry, forming a global network for information exchange and business development.

In the Certificate of Membership to the National Road Fund of Liberia (NRF), the international organization said, “This is to certify that the National Road Fund of Liberia is an IRF Member in Good Standing and is entitled to all the rights and privileges of membership for the period of 2022 and is subject to the Bylaws and Statutes that govern the International Road Federation.”

Certificate of Membership awarded to NRF by the IRF

The membership into the International Road Federation was achieved through the instrumentality of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NRF, Boniface Satu, and the competent staff of the NRF.
