Hundreds of partisans of the Democratic Justice Party (DJP) have clarified that, despite the party being entangled with legal matters at the Supreme Court, the party still remains intact.
According to partisans, supporters and sympathizers of the DJP, the party is a duly registered political institution with the National Elections Commission (NEC), just like any other political party. They noted that the DJP contested the 2017 general and presidential elections, actively running and headed by Cllr. Dr. Isaac G. Wiles.
The statement comes in the wake of a media report attributed to Joshua Nyenplue saying that the party and lots of its partisans are dead.
