A two-day training workshop for fifteen youths from various church organizations’ media department at the Mamba Point Hotel, which began Thursday, June 8, 2023, concludes today. The training is being organized by Gospel News Production International (GNPI), in collaboration with Cyrus Community and Apostle Joseph G. Neufville, General Overseer of the Christ Redemption World Outreach Ministries International.
The youths are undergoing crucial skills training in outreach, using media and discipleship.
The event is being hosted by Rev. Joseph Neufville of the Christ Redemption World Outreach Ministries International, and coordinated by Isaac Masiga, Regional Director, Gospel News Production International (GNPI)-Africa, who is also the focal lecturer of the sessions.
Masiga has worked with GNPI-Africa for over 15 years. He is responsible for overseeing the operation of GNPI-Africa’s offices in several regions, including management of the projects, personnel and resources.
His biography, in the possession of the Hot Pepper, reveals that he attended the United States International University in Nairobi, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in information technology. From the same university, Masiga also graduated with a master’s degree in communications. After graduation, he continued his career at GNPI-Africa and quickly worked his way up the ranks to handle continental projects outside the region previously overseen.
Throughout his tenure at GNPI-Africa, Masiga has been known for his ability to lead and motivate his teams to achieve success. He has a reputation for being a decisive leader and problem-solver, and is respected by his colleagues and employees alike. Under his leadership, the regional teams have consistently exceeded their impact and have received numerous awards for outstanding performance.
In a chat with the Hot Pepper, Masiga said, “This unique two-day event is designed to equip representatives from 15 different churches with crucial skills in outreach using media and discipleship, as part of our mission to build stronger, more connected communities through faith.
“We look forward to seeing how these newly-trained individuals will impact their churches and neighborhoods, using these tools to inspire growth, unity, and positive change. Let’s unite and enhance the power of faith in our nation.”
Meanwhile, the organizers of the event are gearing up for a one-day symposium on kingdom wealth establishment, to be held at Mamba Point Hotel on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.
