A Young Liberian author, Ansu Dau-minata Konneh, has written a powerful new creative, non-fiction work, titled, “Unseen Scar: After Ebola Comes That Fateful Night in Banjor”.

Told through the eyes of a teenage girl, the book explores the lingering emotional wounds of the Ebola crisis and confronts the painful issue of sexual violence.

The book is now available on Amazon Kindle, and is set for full release in Liberia by June 2025.
