Buchanan Port Director Selected International Development Summit’s Guest Speaker

Grand Bassa County Port Director, Civicus Barsi-Giah

Grand Bassa County Port Director, Civicus Barsi-Giah, has been selected by the organizing team of the International Development Summit to serve as guest speaker during their up-coming event.

   The Buchanan Port Director was selected to serve as guest speaker at the International Youth Empowerment Summit 2022 in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

   Director Barsi-Giah will speak on the topic, “Sustainable Development Goals: 17 Goals to Transform our World”.

   Barsi-Giah is the newly appointed Director of the Buchanan Port and an award-winning Academic athlete, a creative leadership award winner, an activist, an advocate, a politician, a humanitarian and a leadership expert.

   The program will run from January 21, 2022 through January 23, 2022. Director Barsi-Giah is expected to leave Liberia on January 20, 2022.
