President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has appointed Cllr. Gloria Musu-Scott as Acting Chairperson of the Board of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL).
Her appointment was made on Thursday, December 19, 2024, and takes immediate effect.
President Boakai called on the appointee to continue to demonstrate diligence, commitment, integrity, professionalism, and loyalty in service to country.
Others appointed along with Cllr. Musu-Scott are Jallahqueena Konneh, Trade and Investment Representative of Liberia in Canada; and Gurly T. Gibson Schwarz, Trade and Investment Representative of Liberia in Philadelphia.
