The Chief Executive Officer of Agriculture Liberia Company, Armstrong Jargbah, says his company has embarked on constructing modern housing units in all the fifteen political subdivisions of Liberia.

According to Jargbah, the initiative is aimed at providing land and house opportunity for Liberians for an affordable price.

He made the disclosure yesterday during an interview, via mobile, with the Hot Pepper.

The Agriculture Liberia boss informed the paper that his company has embarked on constructing one hundred modern housing units in each of the fifteen counties. He stated that this initiative will take twenty years before completion in all the counties.

When questioned about the driving force behind his numerous development initiative in Liberia, he responded as saying that he believes only entrepreneurs can develop a nation, and Liberia is no exception.

Explaining more, he said most developing countries’ development come from entrepreneurs, and not politicians, and called on Liberians at home and abroad to forget about politicians and focus on what they can do for themselves and the country.

According to him, politicians have in no way helped Liberia.

Agriculture Liberia is a major producer of the Liberian country rice, and is into lots of farming activities ranging from pepper farming to cocoa farming in almost all the counties.
