As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, Lutech Engineering (Liberia) Limited has donated assorted office materials to the headquarters of the Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) to enhance its operational capacity.

The donation includes computers, office chairs, office tables, and other essential office supplies intended to improve the working environment and overall efficiency of the institution.

Presenting the items, Rajeshwar Prasad Yadav, Liberia Country Finance Head of Lutech Engineering, said the gesture reflects the company’s commitment to supporting national institutions. He explained that following an assessment of the Liberia Immigration Service’s needs, the company found it necessary to identify with the institution and contribute meaningfully to the effective discharge of its responsibilities.

Receiving the donation, Commissioner General of the Liberia Immigration Service, Col. Elijah Rufus, expressed appreciation to Lutech Engineering, describing the contribution as both timely and impactful. He noted that the donated materials will significantly enhance the institution’s administrative and operational effectiveness.

The donation ceremony was attended by the Commissioner General, the Deputy Commissioner General for Administration, the Director of Administration, the Chief of Human Resources, and other senior officials of the Liberia Immigration Service, along with representatives of Lutech Engineering.
