Prior to the certification from the Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs, a farewell lunch was held for Diallo by the youth of the Fula community in Liberia for the immense contribution to the tribe and the support toward the education need for the Fulani youth in Liberia.

The program, held at the Murex Plaza, 10th Street, Sinkor, was attended by stakeholders of the Fula community in Liberia, and was characterized by statements affirming the unforgettable contribution of the out-going IOM boss to Fula youths, as well as the only student group in the community, the Federation of Fula Students of Liberia (FFUSOL).
