A family member (name withheld) of a female, Lucretia Cole, wounded by three other females has alarmed over alleged terroristic threats from unknown men in connection with the three females who committed the act and are now in jail for aggravated assault.

The three females have been sent to the Monrovia Central Prison in connection with the alleged aggravated assault, but relatives or friends believed to be related to them have constantly issued alleged terroristic threats against family members of Lucretia Cole (victim).

The girls who allegedly committed the attack on their friend are Princess Toe, Faith Brown and Divine Bruce. They were recently arrested and sent to the Monrovia Central Prison after seriously injuring their friend, Lucretia Cole, in the Borough of New Kru Town over allegation of a love affair.

The Hot Pepper has reliably gathered that unknown individuals believed to be related to the imprisoned females have threatened to burn down the home of Lucretia Cole and her family.

One of Cole’s relatives (name withheld) told this paper that she was threatened by over 20 men, with cutlasses, at her window, who told her that if she came out of the house she would be “chopped” into pieces and her body thrown into the Atlantic Ocean.

She said the unknown men were heard speaking during the midnight hour around her window, raining threats of death and arson attack.

She indicated further that one of the men insisted that his girlfriend had been imprisoned because of Lucretia Cole, and if she is not released from prison unspecified action will result.

The relative (name withheld) further averred that, because of the constant threats, she and her family members go to bed early, and they are living in fear, while her sister, Lucretia Cole, is undergoing treatment at a local clinic in New Kru Town.

This paper has also gathered that unknown men are constantly moving around their premises at mid-night, in an attempt to break through, according to close neighbors.

The relative (name withheld) is therefore using this medium to call on the Director of Police, Patrick Sadue, to ensure that maximum security is provided around their premises until the imprisoned females are prosecuted.

It can be recalled that, on May 18, 2021, in New Kru Town, Bushrod Island at about 9:00 p.m., one of the imprisoned females, Princess Toe, took a bottle and gave it to Divine Bruce (another imprisoned female) to gash lucretia Cole, while Faith Brown (the third imprisoned female) held her down and the three females inflicted injuries on her, to the point that she got seriously and deeply wounded on her face and hand and took 28 stitches.

Meanwhile, the three females are still in prison pending court trial. The writ of arrest which sent them to prison is in the possession of this paper.

The writ of arrest for aggravated assault from Stipendiary Magistrate, James Dudu, states, “You are hereby commanded to arrest the living bodies of Divine Bruce, Princess Toe, Faith Brown to be identified (defendants) and forthwith bring them before the Bushrod Island Magisterial Court, Montserrado County, to answer to the charge of Aggravated Assault based on the complaints of Lucretia Cole, private prosecutrix, in which it is subsequently alleged as followed to wit in violation of section 14.20 of the New penal law of Liberia.”
