Rev. Seeboe Endorses Alex Noah’s Candidacy
Candidate Rev. Y. Weagbo Seeboe of electoral district #3, Sinoe County, has endorsed candidate Alex Sonnyboy Noah for the district#3 seat at the National Legislature, backing off from the legislative race in the pending general presidential elections slated for October 10, 2023.
Rev. Seeboe stated that his decision is based on the fact that, as a CDCian, it is unnecessary for two CDCians to be contesting in the same district because their opponents will defeat them, although he has been qualified to contest and his face is on the ballot paper.
Rev. Seeboe made the disclosure Monday when he officially endorsed Candidate Noah as the representative-hopeful of electoral district #3, Sinoe County. The occasion was held at Bushrod Island, outskirts of Monrovia.
He noted that if Noah wins the district’s seat in the pending election, he will foster unity and reconciliation among the people as well as champion the development of the district at the National Legislature.
He urged all his supporters and sympathizers to support Noah’s representative bid, as Noah is prepared to transform the socio and economic development of the district if elected.
Rev. Seeboe explained that he has contested for the electoral district#3 seat three conservative times and come second in all, but this time he is supporting the candidacy of Candidate Noah to ensure that the seat is taken by the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC), whose ticket Noah is running on in the district.
He maintained his support of the re-election bid of President George M. Weah and urged his supporters to rally around President Weah so that he is elected for the second time.
According to him, President Weah is transforming the socio-economic landscape of the country, but some cannot see the progress and development being carried out across the nation under his leadership after five-and-a-half years.
Rev. Seeboe emphasized that the people of Sanquin, electoral district #3, Sinoe County, should vote for candidate Noah and President Weah in the pending election.
Meanwhile, Noah has expressed thanks and appreciation to Rev. Seeboe for endorsing him to represent the people of electoral district #3, Sinoe County, at the National Legislature. He noted that the decision of Rev. Seeboe is intended to unite and foster major development transformation in the district and the county at large.
The legislative candidate underscored that, with the thousands of supporters of Rev. Seeboe supporting him will go a long way in ensuring victory in their camp.
Candidate Noah stated that the decision of Rev. Seeboe demonstrates his commitment and loyalty to the CDC, and urged him to return to the party.
According to him, if he wins the district’s seat the welfare of the people and the development of the district will be among his priorities at the National Legislature.
He noted that the people of the district #3 deserve better, and with the presidency of President Weah in its second term road connectivity will be the heartbeat of the government.
The candidate emphasized that his representation at the National Legislature is intended to work for his people and the transformation of the district.
