With just about a week to the holding of the presidential and legislative elections in the country, thousands of citizens of electoral district #14, Montserrado County, have pledged their fullest support to the re-election bid of incumbent Representative Abraham V. Corneh.

The citizens told the Hot Pepper over the weekend in the district that they are supporting the re-election bid of Representative Corneh because of the level of tangible projects he has undertaken across the district.

According to them, Representative Corneh has been working in the interest of the vast majority of the citizens of the district.

They stated that Representative Corneh is a leader who means well for the citizens of district #14, Montserrado County.

The citizens added that their lawmaker is a man whose doors have always been open to them whenever called upon.

According to them, the lawmaker has contributed to every sector across the district, and this is the reason they are supporting his re-election bid.

Speaking to this paper was Ma-Mary, a resident of the Doe Community. She indicated that she is supporting the re-election bid of Representative Corneh because of the credible leadership he has provided them over the years. She stated that the lawmaker has been concerned about their wellbeing since his election to the position.

Ma-Mary stated that they are not ready to replace the lawmaker with anybody who is not up to the task of representing them at the National Legislature.

According to her, they are campaigning from house to house and door from door until the lawmaker is re-elected. She stated that, from all indications, Representative Corneh has no contender in the race at the October 10, 2023 poll.

Ma-Mary informed this paper that Representative Corneh is best situated for the position, over all of the candidates. She used the occasion to call on residents of the district to vote for Representative Corneh for more development in the district.
