UMUAA To Hold Sixth General Assembly Retreat

The United Methodist University Alumni Association (UMUAA) is expected to hold its sixth general assembly and planning retreat on Saturday, January 30, 2021.

   The UMUAA press statement, issued in Monrovia on Tuesday, January 30, 2021, called on all of the association’s members to make it their obligation to be in attendance at the sixth general assembly and planning retreat.

   The press statement added that the event is expected bring together alumni of the United Methodist University for the purpose of planning and adopting of new policies, and to have the leadership account for its stewardship during the period. “The event will be held at the YMCA Auditorium, central Monrovia,” the release added.

   The statement further noted that registration for the assembly is L$300 per person, and all registration will be done at the alumni office or at the site of the assembly.

   According to the statement, the arrival time for the program for delegates at the assembly hall will run from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

   The statement quoted the President of UMUAA, S.N. Sunny Doe, as saying that many stakeholders are expected to grace the association’s sixth assembly.
