Willie Greene Senior High School Holds 5th Graduation
The Willie K. Greene Senior High School over the weekend observed its 5th graduation ceremony at Raymond Field, Barrow Practice Ground, Sinkor.
Speaking during the graduation ceremony on Sunday, October 26, 2025, the Proprietor, Emmanuel Greene, encouraged the students to not think about challenges but rather think on the impact that they will make in the society.
According to him, the graduates have education and skills, and the passion to make a real difference, whether they are heading to further education or the workforce. “Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see immediate result or positive change; it often happens slowly over time. Stay committed to your values,” he told the graduates.
At the same time, the Principal of the school, Coral M. Greene, said the success they gathered to celebrate did not come easily, but despite the bitter and sweet moments they can jubilate with parents and beloved graduates, knowing that they overcame them all.
In remarks, the keynote speaker, Janet T. Suakweli, cautioned the graduates to always be focused, no matter what the situation, and be in the position to overcome it and move to the future and make impact.
Suakweli said, “Life is not fair, but you must not let that reality stop you from achieving your goals and living your dreams.”
Presenting the graduates, the class sponsor, Jeremiah Baker, presented 82 students to the proprietor and said, “The same students I’ve been sponsoring, I’m give them back to you.”
The graduation brought together parents, friends, administrators, alumni and partners.
