Yekeh Launches Movement Against Boakai’s Presidency
The tough-talking Representative of Montserrado County’s district #10, Yekeh Kolubah, has officially launched the Movement Against Boakai’s Presidency to hold the government’s feet to the fire in order for it to provide the basic needs and services of the citizenry and live up to the reasons for which it was elected in October 2023.
Representative Kolubah launched the movement on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at a press conference, and displayed shirts, caps and motorbikes with the movement’s name labeled on them. According to him, the movement is well-funded and does not any financial support. He disclosed that the movement will soon initiate a nationwide county tour, beginning with Grand Bassa County, to mobilize membership.
He accused the Boakai administration of gross ineptitude, corruption and handling the affairs of the state with lies and deceit, threatening a mass protest soon.
The lawmaker accused the Boakai administration of covertly using AB Kromah, Gregory Coleman and other security bosses to pursue him, but warned that he is not afraid and will react to any perceived threat that may come his way.
