The Progressive Youth for Sustainable Development Incorporated, a grassroots-led development and community-based youth organization, on Friday, April 8, 2022 extended its plastic waste awareness to Gorworloh community, district #15, Montserrado County.

The youth-driven environmental organization, which focuses on water, sanitation and biodiversity advocacy, is headed by Calvin Jallah as Executive Director.

Speaking to a team of reporters during the outreach, Executive Director Jallah said it is prudent at this critical time for different organizations and well meaning individuals to contribute to nation-building.

According to him, nation-building requires the collective effort of everyone, and it should not be left with only government alone.

He called on other youths to join the bandwagon in making the Liberian society clean and healthy.
