Montserrado County’s electoral district #8 representative-spirant, Isaac K. Krah, has challenged students to remain focused in their education sojourn.

Aspirant Krah, who seeks the district’s  seat at the National Legislature in the pending 2023 general and presidential elections, urged students to exhibit discipline at all times in their studies to become productive  citizens.

He made the statement over the weekend when he served as guest speaker at the program marking the 30th closing graduation ceremony of the Soniwein Community School, held on the school’s campus on Johnson Street.

Speaking on the topic, “Unity in Diversity”, he underscored the need for Liberia to be developmentally transformed, which requires the unity of the people from all walks of life.

According to him, the unity of people is critical for the social and economic transformation of the country and its citizenry.

Aspirant Krah stated that people residing in deprived communities lack basic social services and good public facilities, but admonished students of the Soniwein Community School to strive hard to become productive citizens, in order to contribute to the growth and development of Liberia.

He maintained that the transformation of Liberia requires the collective effort of every Liberian, which called for diversity in unity among the people.

He asserted that no nation can be developed when the people are not united, adding that it is about time that Liberians come together to foster development despite their political affiliation.

Aspirant Krah emphasized that the development of Liberia and its people should cut across political affiliation and be prioritized over individual ambition.

He promised to contribute toward the renovation of the Soniwein Community School for the next academic year and to provide computers to the school to enhance the students’ digital knowledge.
