Orange Liberia has disclosed that it is in discussion on possible scholarship programs for Liberian students at Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INP-HB), a leading polytechnic institute in West Africa, in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire, through a tripartite partnership with Tubman University.

Orange Liberia facilitated the official mission to Yamoussoukro from 12 to 16 January 2026 of representatives of the William V. S. Tubman University, led by Dr. Olu Menjay, President of Tubman University, accompanied by Titus Wreah, as part of discussions on the structuring of a tripartite academic partnership with the Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INP-HB).

Aligned with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, Orange Liberia engaged in a joint reflection on potential scholarship mechanisms aimed at enabling Liberian students to pursue studies at INP-HB, a leading higher education institution in West Africa. The discussions also covered academic mobility and dual-degree pathways, allowing Liberian and Ivorian students to split their studies between both countries and develop bilingual, cross-cultural profiles.

Priority fields under consideration include communication, marketing, digital sales, finance, and logistics, with the objective of aligning academic training with labor-market needs and exploring future professional integration opportunities, including within Orange, subject to applicable recruitment processes.

Through this initiative, Orange Liberia reaffirms its commitment to education, youth employability, and high-impact South-South partnerships, consistent with its CSR ambitions.
