Africa Academic and Life Motivational Program (AFALIMPRO), an innovative and life motivational platform designed to transform the educational system of Liberia, has ended its two-week leadership training program.

The just-ended leadership program is part of the organization’s social commitment in addressing its young empowerment pillar.

The participants were drawn from districts #9, #10, and #8 in Monsterrado County.

Speaking with AFALIMPRO’s Executive Director, Ishmael Peal, he stated that the leadership skills training focuses on effective leadership principles.

Peal said leadership principles guide the leader in achieving his own goals through collective effort, or teamwork. He noted that leadership is about communication and engagement among team members by the leader.

According to him, a good leader must concentrate on issues that bring change to the society. He said transformation is the hallmark of any good servant.

The group’s Executive Director disclosed that the just- ended two-week training focused on a wide range of leadership issues confronting the world today.

Peal pledged his organization’s unbending support toward the educational system of Liberia.
