4Life Zoe Technical Vocational Training School, one of Liberia’s leading institutions in technical and vocational education, has signed a two-year partnership agreement with the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL). The deal aims to train 1,000 AFL soldiers in various vocational disciplines offered by the school.

According to information gathered from 4Life Zoe, the training program is scheduled to begin in January 2026, and will focus on equipping soldiers with practical skills to enhance their capacity and future opportunities.

Speaking shortly after the signing ceremony held at the AFL headquarters in Monrovia, Francis Varney, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) expressed gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to national development through human capacity building. “This partnership marks a milestone achievement for both institutions,” said CEO Varney.

“We are honored to support the Armed Forces of Liberia in empowering their personnel through quality vocational education. 4Life Zoe remains committed to supporting the government and people of Liberia in every way possible,” he stated.
