A non-political, state organization, Bukonjadeh Group of Companies, through its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Elton Johns, has on behalf of his entity commended ECOWAS, all of the international observers, the media and all who have collectively worked so hard to make the November 14, 2023 presidential election run-off peaceful and non-violent.

Johns observed that the attitude and high degree of maturity demonstrated by Liberians at various polling stations show clearly that Liberians have resolved never to revert to the ugly past that today got the country where it is. “We applaud our international partners, like ECOWAS, USA, EU, AU and others who worked so hard to see Liberia remain peaceful during the November 14, 2023 run-off election,” Johns said.

The Bukonjadeh Group, like other non-political institutions, has from the time of the October 10, 2023 general elections been actively involved in a non-violent advocacy process, to the extent that CEO Johns expanded his advocacy program to Sinoe County, where he voted.
