Grace and Glory Academy over the weekend held its 17th graduation for kindergarten, elementary and Junior high school for academic year 2025 and 2026 at the Grace and Glory Church Auditorium on Second Street in Sinkor.
Speaking as a guest speaker at the graduation ceremony, the Senior Policy Coordinator at the Ministry of State and Presidential Affairs, Nicole Beatrice Weeks Harijgens, challenged the graduates of the Grace and Glory Academy to maintain integrity and honesty if they are to be successful in life.
Harijgens stated that the lack of integrity and honesty has prevented potential individuals from achieving their dreams in life.
She pointed out that good character plays a major role in building successful careers in their future.
According to her, Liberia needs honest and passionate doctors, engineers, lawyers, accountants, among others, to ensure the growth and development of the nation to move forward.
She underscored the need for the graduates of the Grace and Glory Academy to strive for excellence in achieving their goals in life.
Harijgens noted that no matter the situation confronting them currently, they should not give up seeking quality education.
She explained that the future of Liberia depends on them enhancing their potential in the positive direction in building a new nation.
She asserted that Liberian children have the potential to be creative, innovative and inventive to contribute towards the global market of production like children in China.
Harijgens urged parents to continue to invest in their children’s educational sojourn, which is critical for the growth and development of families.
