Liberian Youth Foundation, a non-for-profit and non-governmental organization, has dedicated its new office in Paynesville, outside of Monrovia.
Speaking during the dedicatory ceremony at the organization’s new office in Redlight, Abdurahman Fofana, Founder and Executive Director of the group, assured the public that, with a wider office space given the organization, they will provide more professional programs for the young people of Liberia.
The ceremony was well attended by the foundation’s partners, board member, as well as trainers and trainees of the organization, including its founder/Executive Director.
Liberian Youth Foundation has been around since 2013 providing professional capacity building services to the public. They provide the following training to the public: tailoring, interior decoration, interior design, catering, cosmetology, computer training, among others.
Authorities of the Liberian Youth Foundation noted that these professional services are meant to empower the young people of Liberia for the jobs market.
Liberian Youth Foundation is also an advocacy group that speaks on issues confronting youth development in Liberia.
