Orange Black Friday Promotion

In an unprecedented move, the management of Orange Liberia has announced the launch of a massive, discounted sale of mobile devices. The company says the goal of the deeply discounted sales is to, on the one hand, provide affordable devices to allow Liberians access to mobile telecommunications, while on the other hand to help to promote an early Christmas spirit.

Officially launching the Orange Black Friday sale, Orange Liberia’s Chief Communications and Sales Officer, Julien Paquier, stated that the grand sale would take place at the company’s Capital By-Pass headquarters and its Ganta store between November 27, 2020 and December 4, 2020. He stated that the sale would offer hundreds of smart devices at discounted prices from a wide range of brands and prices starting as low as US$5. He also stated that the company would provide cash rebate on certain devices.

“We realize that the times are hard, and the burden on the average Liberian is great. This is why we are offering these very deeply discounted and subsidized devices to help more Liberians have access to smart phones,” said Paquier, “With this sale, there is a discounted device for everybody and every budget starting from $5 devices and going up to our top of the line Samsung and Apple devices.”

This year, Orange Liberia is going a step forward by offering customers a rebate on purchases of its Sanza 2 and Orange Rise 53 devices. Paquier explained that with any purchase of these two devices using Orange Money, customers would get 3 GB of internet in addition to receiving 20% refund on the purchase price the very next day. “This is extraordinary, because we have already deeply discounted Sanza 2 and the Orange Rise 53, but in addition we are now giving both bonus data as well as 20% cash back on the sale price when they use OrangeMoney for their purchase,” Paquier observed.

The Black Friday Sale comes on the heels of the recent launch of the Orange Money Zagga Reloaded Campaign. The company announced earlier this month that it was giving away more than L$5 million in prizes to Orange Money customers in an effort to bring on an early Christmas spirit. Orange customers simply need to perform any Orange Money transaction to be officially entered for a chance to win. The Orange Money Zagga Reloaded Campaign has a different winner daily plus a weekly mega winner who has the chance to enter the Orange Money machine and collect as much cash as they cash within the allotted time.

Orange Liberia has consistently prided itself for running authentic promotions geared at bringing smiles to its customers and the announcement of this deeply discounted black Friday sale is another step in that direction.
