For two days, September 25–26, 2025, the University of Liberia campus became the center of inspiration, learning, and transformation as Orange Liberia hosted its AI Accelerator Training—a dynamic initiative designed to prepare young people for today’s competitive job market.

More than 200 students from across multiple faculties came together for an immersive experience that combined innovation with practicality. Through high-energy sessions on resumé building, LinkedIn optimization, and AI-powered career development tools, participants gained first-hand knowledge of how to align their academic journey with the demands of the modern workforce. The program was not just about information; it was about empowerment, equipping students with the confidence and digital skills to step boldly into their careers.

In her welcome remarks, the President of the University of Liberia, Dr. Layli Maparyan, thanked Orange Liberia for its strong commitment to youth development and praised the students for seizing the opportunity. She reminded them that investing in themselves today is the first step to becoming tomorrow’s leaders.

The training blended hands-on workshops with interactive discussions. Experts walked students through the essentials of crafting professional resumés, building networks through LinkedIn, and harnessing AI tools to navigate the evolving landscape of job-seeking.

The enthusiasm of the students was evident throughout the two days. Many shared that the sessions gave them new hope and confidence to position themselves competitively in Liberia’s growing workforce.

By the close of the Orange Al accelerator training, students left not just with knowledge but with practical tools to build their careers. Orange Liberia once again demonstrated its commitment to youth empowerment, digital literacy, and national development.
