The appointments are as follows: Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS), Dr. Augurie E. Stevens, Superintendent; Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) Board of Directors, Albert N. Forh, Chairman; Ambassador Christian Neufville, Member; Independent National Commission on Human Rights of Liberia (INCHR), David Nya Dolo, Commissioner with statutory responsibility for Education, Training, and Information; and Ignatius Saymel Neepaaye, Liaison Officer for the Establishment of the National Rail Authority
