Montserrado County’s district #3 Sanitation Unit, organized by Representative Sumo Kollie Mulbah, has begun actively cleaning the entire district to give it a facelift.

According to the supervisor of the sanitation team, Rahim Okai, they will continue the sanitation process to clean the district for its improvement.

He said it is a voluntary work to make the district clean, and called on residents of district #3 to join the sanitation team to give a facelift to the district.

Okai underscored that the sanitation work is not limited to only district #3, and used the opportunity to call on other representatives to do the same in their districts, which he said will unite the residents.

According to Supervisor Okai, Representative Mulbah has donated two tricycles to collect the garbage from the streets, and that the district’s residents have shown passion in the sanitation work.

Meanwhile, Okai has urged Liberians to help keep the city clean and green. He cautioned the citizenry to do away with dropping dirt on the street, as doing so will create a hazardous atmosphere that is not favorable for the health of the people.
