He noted that the integrated science courses for junior high students should be disintegrated to enhance student capacity in biology, chemistry and physics at the junior-high level of schooling.

Rev. Pency indicated that separating the integrated science courses with competent and qualify teachers in these subjects will strengthen the potential of students who are determined to become engineers, doctors and geologists in the near future.

According to him, at the junior high-level of the Spoken Word Education Empowerment School students are taught biology, chemistry and physics because the institution disintegrated the science courses.
Rev. Pency emphasized that in the 21st century Liberia should not continue to teach students with old methods of teaching, which have limited the great potential of Liberian students over the years.

He pointed out that government should begin to review the educational curriculum to disintegrate science and mathematics courses by employing qualified teachers to teach each subject well for the improvement of the future leaders of Liberia.

He disclosed that his school provides scholarship for students, and at the level of the fourth grade students acquire computer acknowledge as the world is advancing rapidly in this age of digitalization.

Rev. Pency emphasized that the transformation of Liberia will require quality and advanced learning in the educational sector for the development of Liberian children.
