A four-day healing and deliverance crusade is kicking off today at Du-Port Road Baptist Field, Paynesville, outside of Monrovia.

According to Apostle Patrick Wilson, Chairman and Spokesperson of the four-day event, the crusade has two guest speakers from Nigeria and America: Bishop Kingsley Enakirherhi, a Nigerian national, is the President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria. According to information him, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria is one of the biggest churches in Nigeria; and Dr. Lonnie Jarvis, an American who is also a Congressman in Washington, D.C. He stated that Dr. Jarvis comes with a lot of experiences in spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.

The crusade’s spokesman stated that the two international guest speakers are well-known world preachers.

The four-day intensive preaching and praying crusade is being held under the theme, “Liberia’s Liberation and Healing”. It is expected that Liberian church leaders will grace the crusade.

When questioned about the crusade’s objectives, the chairman responded as saying that it is time for Liberia to be lifted like countries in the region. He said he wants the public to come in their numbers to receive healing and deliverance from God. According to him, the main objective of the crusade is winning souls for the glory of God.

Apostle Wilson described the four-day crusade as a period of spiritual revival and development in the country, and that a plan by the crusade organizers team is underway to hold such crusades in other countries in the future.

At the same time, a two-day church leadership growth training will be taking place at the Hermon City International Church, Du-Port Road.
