Bloom Bank Africa Liberia Limited has vowed to roll out a series of programs to empower small-to-medium enterprises.
Speaking at the grand raffle draw of the “Aye Waste Promo” in Monrovia, Bloom Bank Africa’s Executive Director, Chris Osisiogue, said the bank is expected to introduce digital banking services to improve the productivity of SMEs.
He named business acceleration endeavor, a flagship initiative of Bloom Bank Africa, to increase the overall profits of small medium enterprises in the country, noting that the intention of the measure is for small businesses to thrive.
Osisiogue underscored that the bank will develop digital and e-commerce platforms and opportunities for businesses to explore wider commerce around the world.
In another development, Albert Vaye has emerged as the winner of Bloom Bank Africa grand raffle draw over the weekend.
Albert Vaye, the lucky customer, won a brand-new “Keh-Keh”. Other notable winners include Hosein Golafale, who won a powerful generator, and Daniel Sieh, who went home with a brand-new Peculator.
It was truly an electric moment for winners on Saturday at the Invisible Sports and Recreation Park in Monrovia. This follows seven successive draws for customers who entered the raffle draw.
One needs to deposit an initial amount of L$20,000, as the more 20,000 Liberian dollars a person has in their account the more they become qualified for the “Aye Waste” Promo Raffle.
As expected and required, the raffle activity was spearheaded by officials of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), who spun the wheel bearing the names of the qualified customers and asked any individual in the group to select just a ticket.
The names on the selected tickets were announced as winners. But if the name on a ticket was called three times without anyone answering, the ticket was discarded and another spin was done.
