As the saying goes, Biblically, “Man is the head of the home”, and Fall Leadership Men’s Conference is in compliance with this Biblical fact. Liberia Ministerial Alliance of Delaware Valley (LMADV), a combination of over sixty churches operating in the United States of America with the objective of promoting unity and understanding among Christians, will be conducting one whole day of intensive and interacted conference for males only. This conference was organized due to the current realities affecting the upbringing of many children in the United States of America and other parts of the world. Many children within the United States of America are being raised by single mothers, which prompted the coming in of the Fall Leadership men’s conference by the Liberian community.

Speaking with the Secretary of the Liberian Ministerial Alliance of the Delaware Valley, Bishop Elmos Heagar stated that the men’s conference is a leadership empowerment forum designed only for males. According to him, the conference is organized to empower males from the bottom to the top in the discharge of their Biblical responsibilities.

The men’s conference will be held under the theme, “Rising from the Bottom to the Top: Preparing Men for the Next Level”.

LMADV Secretary, Bishop Heagar, noted that the conference is designed to empower men to overcome obstacles, foster spiritual growth and leadership, enhance relationship and community building, as well as provide practical tools for success to participants at the conference. The men’s conference will feature three speakers.

This conference is in collaboration with the Leadership Empowerment Forum (LEF). Hundreds of men, especially Liberian men, are expected to grace this occasion on October 19, 2024.

LMADV Secretary, Bishop Heagar, is calling on the Liberian community not to miss this occasion coming their way this weekend. He said it is time for Liberian men to wake-up and take charge of their responsibilities.
