Jetty feeds vulnerable and less-fortunate people in Monrovia

The Consul General of India in Liberia, Jetty, has been applauded for his initiative of feeding many vulnerable and less fortunate persons in the Liberian society.

“God bless Jetty. May He continue to bless Jetty for his daily feeding at this time of COVID-19 and lockdown,” a number of beneficiaries who spoke to the Hot Pepper noted.

A 62-year-old man and resident of the Township of West Point said, “I have benefitted everyday from Jetty’s feeding at the West Point center since the day he started the program. Things are hard on me and my family. Jetty is our savior.”

An Executive Protection Service (EPS) officer (name withheld) told the Hot Pepper that “God will continue to bless Jetty because he has really been doing well for the less fortunate since the lockdown”.

Jetty is the sole provider and sponsor of the “Home-Made Hot Food” feeding, which has been hailed by every quarter of the Liberian society, including the government.

Vai Town, Slipway, Center Street, Coconut Plantation, Trench Town, Mamba Point, West Point, Broad Street, Logan Town and Paynesville are some of the communities benefiting from Jetty’s food feeding program.
