Peaches Queen Johnson Wanted For Connection To Joshua’s Death
The Liberia National Police (LNP) has declared Queen Johnson (Georgia Peaches Johnson) and several unnamed individuals wanted over the death of Joshua Solomon, who was allegedly brutalized during a riot between supporters of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) and the Unity Party (UP).
According to LNP’s spokesman Moses Carter, the incident occurred in August during the campaign season for the presidential and legislative elections.
Spokesman Carter told newsmen that Queen Johnson and others to be identified are therefore asked by the LNP to report themselves for investigation.
He noted that the investigation is on-going, and therefore asked all those involved to come forward and give their side of the information to the police.
Finally, he said, the LNP has obtained a video clip showing those involved, and if they do not report themselves they will be identified and be arrested.
The police is requesting members of the public to assist them with additional information on the perpetrators of the alleged aggravated assault that has caused the death of Joshua.
Meanwhile, the police assured the family, relatives and friends of Joshua that his death will be fully investigated and culprits responsible held accountable for his or her actions in a court of competent jurisdiction.
“We are hopeful of reaching a logical conclusion in assuring that arrest is made for those responsible for Joshua’s death to account,” the police said.
