The Political Leader of one of Liberia’s populous political institutions, the People’s Liberation Party (PLP), TappleDoe, has been putting into proper perspective the situation surrounding the leadership of the People’s Liberation Party (PLP), saying he is the legitimate political leader of the PLP.
The PLP leader further clarified that he is no longer the National Chairman of PLP, as was earlier reported in the media.
Doe maintained that if the writer of such a story wanted to know the facts as it relates to his current political portfolio, he or she would have contacted him to get the actual facts in line with professional and objective journalism.
The PLP Political Leader left the political legislative landscape as one of the former astute lawmakers when he served as Chairman on the Ways, Means and Finance Committee in the Lower House. He had served with distinction and transparency as Chair of the Ways, Means and Finance committee.
He took over the PLP after the death of Dr. Daniel Cassell, the party’s former political leader.
