Abraham Williams has won the just-ended convention of the United Bassa Organizations in the Americas (UNIBOA). The convention’s election victory leadership runs for three consecutive years.

Williams’ re-election victory was predicted upon his leadership’s developmental tangibles at home and abroad. His leadership developmental tangibles range from impact in health and education to infrastructure development. This led to his second-term victory as head of UNIBOA for the next three years.

At home, Williams’ leadership was the first to register UNIBOA as a local NGO operating at home, and as well opened the organization’s account in Liberia for individuals and partners to do business with UNIBOA. Previously, UNIBOA was operating in Liberia but was not registered as an organization, and also didn’t have an account.

According to information gathered, Williams leadership previously provided job employment and training service (JETS)  for UNIBOA members at home and abroad.

Williams’ first tenure initiated QuickBooks software in the organization financial system in order to provide financial report on time.

Prior to the ending of his leadership’s first tenure, team Williams instituted lots of development, as the provision of financial assistance for support to the health sector in 42 villages in Rivercess County for attention to pregnant women, particularly due to the isolation to areas there in rural Liberia.

Bassians in the Americas say Williams’ victory was predicted upon his leadership tangibles.

Williams told him people that his leadership will continue the good work in the interest of UNIBOA.
