Grow Liberia’s Corporate Officers Ordered Arrested!

The Stipendiary Magistrate of the Monrovia City Court, Judge Jomah Jallah, has ordered the immediate arrest of Elizabeth Shelley, Kim Beever and all other corporate officers of Grow Liberia for the crime of forgery, criminal conspiracy and criminal facilitation.

   According to the writ of arrest issued by the court, the culprits are to be arrested based on the oath and complaint of private prosecutor, Wilhemina G.M. Siaway, who told the court that, in June 2020 the defendants of Grow Liberia connived and conspired, purposely and intentionally accuse her of using project funds to purchase a vehicle, valued at US$18,000, for her husband.

   According to the plaintiff, when an audit was conducted no evidence was found, and so the audit report did not implicate her. But to the contrary of the audit report, Siaway told the court that the defendants, with malice and wicked intent, altered and forged the earlier audit report to another report, implicating her to allegation of misapplying US$18,000 earlier accused of, with the intent of deceiving the public and subjecting her to hatred.

   The writ of arrest for the defendants spelled out that the alleged act of the defendants, being unlawful, wicked, criminal and intentional, is in violation of Section 15.70, 10.2 and 10.3 of the New Penal Law of Liberia.
